In order to be added as a participant on a national or regional activity, the Appendix E form must be submitted in the National Information Management & Support System (NIMSS).
| To join a project in NIMSS, follow these steps: |

| Login using your User ID and Password on the NIMSS website here: http://www.nimss.org If you do not have access, please contact the REEport coordinators at REEport@ifas.ufl.edu to register. |
| Select "Participants" from the menu on the left. |
| Select "Draft/Edit Participant Info" |
| Select "Draft New" |
| You should now be on the page "Create New Appendix E." |
| In the Project Number field, enter the project number of the Multistate Project you want to join. |
| Complete the form (notice the hyperlinks for accessing research and extension codes). |
| Click "Submit" when finished. |
