T-STAR Grant Termination Reports Are Now the Same as CRIS AD-421

CRIS Information: By completing your CRIS AD421 report in accordance with procedures established at your institution, you fulfill the reporting requirements for the TSTAR program. For T-STAR Projects at the University of Florida, please use the same procedures followed for other FL-AES projects on the WWW. Your report for CRIS must not exceed 3200 characters. Save it as an ASCII Text file to be pasted to the AD-421 Web form when it is requested. Go to the CRIS Reporting Website and follow all instructions for AD-421 report. For the password or answers to your questions, contact Ms. Linda Lilley (352-392-3150) or e-mail her at lilley@ufl.edu. For Principal Directors of T-STAR Projects at the University of Puerto Rico or the University of the Virgin Islands, please follow CRIS processing systems established at your respective institution.

Other Termination Information to Send to TSTAR: Principal Directors at all three institutions should US mail one hard copy or e-mail a copy of their CRIS AD-421 to the T-STAR Program Office, PO Box 110337, Univ. of Florida, Gainesville, FL 32611, at the time it is entered into electronic system.

If you have reprints of a journal publication based on this T-STAR Project, wholly or in part, please send our office two reprints. Also, if future journal publication reprints become available, please send out office two reprints. We hope you have noted T-STAR support as applicable.
