Welcome to the IFAS Publication Reporting Resource Web Site. This site will serve as the hub for the yearly publication reporting process here at IFAS. You will find all the resources you'll need to complete your publication list, including: EndNote Web information, reporting instructions and guidelines, training and reference materials, and methods for obtaining assistance with completing your list.

EndNote Web
IFAS uses EndNote Web to collect, compile, and archive publication information. EndNote Web is a popular web-based bibliographical software tool used by students and researchers to organize reference citations. It provides users with the ability to build lists of publications in a user-friendly setting by manually entering publication information or by importing publication data from many online databases. All UF faculty and students have access to EndNote Web for free.

Getting Assistance
Katie Dean is the EndNote support coordinator. She provides a variety of services to assist faculty with reporting their publications. These include: answering reporting questions by phone and email, authoring guides and tutorials, providing hands-on training, and more.Katie's Office Hours:

EndNote Unit Administrators
Each unit designates one person to oversee the publication reporting effort at their unit. This person is responsible for combining the publication lists of the individual faculty in their unit into one master list, removing duplicates from the list, and providing it to the Office of the Dean for Research.
