EndNote Web is a popular, web-based bibliographical software tool used by students and researchers to organize reference citations. It provides users with the ability to build lists of publications in a user-friendly setting by importing publication data from many online databases. All UF faculty members and students should login to VPN prior to using EndNote Web for full text access to library journal subscriptions.

- EndNote Unit Administrators
Each unit designates one person to oversee its publication reporting effort. This person is known as the EndNote unit administrator; he or she is responsible for combining the publication lists of the individual faculty members in their unit into one master list, removing duplicates from the list, and providing it to the Office of the Dean for Research. The administrator account email as well as the current administrator for each unit is listed below.
